Parts Trainee

The Role

Based in our brand new premises in Silverdale, you will have the opportunity to develop your career working with some of the best and most iconic brands and products available to the New Zealand transport industry. 

As a Parts Trainee no two days will be the same your focus will be to support customers and fellow team-members to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of the branches financial and market objectives through accurate stock management right through back up for the customer service team and our parts delivery van. Your ability to steadily develop your product knowledge and provide exceptional support as part of the branch team will deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure the branch operates smoothly.

We are a close knit team who work collaboratively to ensure customer and branch success, and have a little fun along the way!

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A mechanical aptitude
  • Full drivers licence
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Competency with the Microsoft software platform

This role would suit someone who have a passion for the heavy transport industry, a mechanical aptitude and are eager and self-motivated to forge a career in the industry.
