    We are looking for an IT professional to join our busy service desk team. As a service desk analyst, your main focus will to be to provide first and second level support for Gough Group infrastructure so that our end users can accomplish their business tasks, by prioritizing and resolving end user service requests quickly and efficiently. 

    Our IT Shared Services team support our nationwide network of branches and over 950 employees, so your day will be varied and busy. This role would suit someone who is passionate about systems and technology and wants to help support and grow the Gough Group, out of our Christchurch office. 


    • Hold a relevant IT qualification
    • Are proactive, professional and a quick learner
    • Proven ability to work under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills

    Above all, you will be a passionate about IT, with a good sense of humour, and able to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional support services across a business.
