Service Desk Analyst

“My time with Gough Group so far has been busy and interesting. After a thorough induction and training period I am now able to run a desk.  Each ticket is different, I get to work across all the systems and the systems are really interesting. In time I will have the opportunity to work on various projects which I am looking forward to.
